• The material will be used only for lawful laboratory research
• It will be handled by qualified personnel in a controlled environment
• It will not be administered to humans or animals, by you or by anyone you supply
• It will not be resold or redistributed for any non-research purpose

Any use outside research is a breach of these terms and ends our obligations to you.

3. Who may purchase

To order you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be a qualified researcher, or be purchasing on behalf of a research institution
• Be legally permitted to buy research chemicals where you are
• Confirm that the purchase is for research use only

We may request evidence of any of the above, and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of the material once it is delivered, and for compliance with the rules of your institution and your jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify Legion Peptides against claims arising from misuse, from misrepresentation of your intended use, or from breach of applicable law.

5. Warranty

We warrant that the material matches the identity and purity stated on its certificate of analysis. We make no other warranty, express or implied, and specifically make no claim as to safety, efficacy or fitness for any use in humans or animals, because no such use is authorised.

6. Pricing and orders

Prices, availability and these terms may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
