1. Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM ET are processed the next business day. High-volume periods and stock checks can add a day.

2. Carriers and timeframes

We ship with UPS. Ground is our standard service; faster services are available on request.

• UPS Ground — 2–5 business days (standard)
• UPS 3 Day Select — 3 business days, on request
• UPS 2nd Day Air — 2 business days, on request
• UPS Next Day Air — next business day, on request

Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. To arrange an expedited service, contact us before placing the order or note it at checkout.

3. Domestic shipping

We ship from within the United States to all 50 states. Tracking is emailed once the carrier scans the package. Orders over $150 may require a signature on delivery. Free shipping applies to orders over $200.

Hawaii and Alaska: a $20 surcharge applies to orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, including orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping. It is shown as a separate line at checkout.

4. International

International shipping is considered case by case. Where we accept an international order, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for customs clearance, duties and confirming that the material may lawfully be imported for research use in their country. We do not mislabel shipments or understate their contents.

5. What you receive

Lyophilised powder in sealed vials, packed for transit, with the batch certificate of analysis on the product page. The material is supplied for laboratory use and should be stored and reconstituted under your own protocols. It is not sterile, it is not a medicine, and it is not for administration to humans or animals.

6. Fraud prevention

To protect against payment fraud and chargebacks, we may ask for a one-time video verification in which you state your name and authorise the purchase. It is used only to confirm identity and is held securely.
