These are research reagents whose integrity depends on unbroken cold storage and sealed packaging, so our return terms are narrow. Please read them before ordering.

1. All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where we made an error in fulfilment or the product arrived damaged.

2. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To open a claim, send:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the outer package and the vials
• A short description of the problem

Claims raised after 24 hours cannot be reviewed.

3. Opened or used items

Once a vial has been opened, used, tampered with or removed from its original packaging, we cannot accept it back under any circumstances. There is no way to verify the chain of custody or the storage conditions of returned material, and we will not pass it to another researcher.

4. Cancellations

An order can be cancelled while it is still unprocessed and unshipped. Once it has shipped, the terms above apply.

5. Orders outside our terms

Orders that indicate personal, human or animal use, or that fail age or research verification, may be cancelled and refunded in full before shipping.
