1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Processing delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to stock availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship from within the United States to all 50 states. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the package has been scanned by the carrier. Orders over $150 may require a signature upon delivery.

4. International Shipping *(Optional)*

Legion Peptides may offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Buyers are responsible for verifying whether the products are permitted in their country and assume all risk for customs clearance or seizure.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery method, and destination. Occasional free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly marked.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Legion Peptides is not liable for theft, delays, or damage.

 

For lost or delayed shipments:

– Contact the carrier first with your tracking number.

– If unresolved, email us at support@legionpeptides.com and we’ll assist with a claim when possible.

 

We do not refund shipping fees due to carrier delays.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

8. Packaging & Discretion

All products are securely packed in plain, discreet packaging to ensure privacy and integrity. Lyophilized peptides are packaged in sterile vials, and each order includes a certificate of analysis (COA).

9. Compliance Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your local laws allow for receipt of the products. Legion Peptides is not responsible for any package that is delayed, returned, or seized due to customs or import laws.

10. Fraud Prevention Verification

To protect against payment fraud and unauthorized chargebacks, Legion Peptides reserves the right to request a one-time video verification. In such cases, the customer may be asked to submit a short video stating their full name and explicitly authorizing the purchase from Legion Peptides for the product(s) being ordered. This measure is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention, and any such content will be handled securely and confidentially.
